Let’s face it, miniature is in.
Everything becomes a thousand times cuter when it’s miniaturized. There’s just something irresistible about ridiculously small versions of everyday items. You may wind up paying the same amount – if not more money – for smaller, often less useful versions of these ordinary items but really, you’re paying for the cuteness effect.
The emergence of miniature items has made gift-giving easier for all occasions. In my office, we’ll find mini presents with fun size candy bars on Valentine’s Day, July 4th, and Halloween. It’s a nice start to the day when you see a tiny gift sitting on your desk in the morning!
I’ve also found that tiny gifts are perfect when someone is having a stressful week at work. From matchbook manicures to mini garden kits to pocket-size tobacco sauce, there’s a mini-sized present out there for anyone you know. Make someone’s day and give them an unexpected tiny gift!
“Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart.”
